Description
If you are ready to stop muscling your rope scenes and let physics do the heavy lifting, this hands-on class is for you. Together, we will dive into the art of body mechanics, exploring how to use leverage, momentum, and gravity to move our tying partner smoothly through space. We will play with different levels of active bottoming to help bottoms understand how to adjust and hold their weight, and explore the "Gravity Cycle", where we will learn how to systematically work with instability and leverage to guide our partner’s body on the floor and with an attached upline. Come discover how simple body mechanics can transform your ties into a seamless, effortless dance of gravity and connection.
