Armbinders and Adaptations

-EM- & Nirathekitten
Hands On
Intermediate
Top & Bottom Focused

Description

Armbinders are a great alternative to other arms-behind harnesses, and may even be more sustainable than box-ties for some bottoms. In this tie along class, we'll show multiple pattern options, and allow each pair to piece together an armbinder specific to their tying style and needs. We will not be teaching our exact pattern, but encouraging couples to build what works best for them. Bottoms of all flexibilities are welcome in this class, as we will show modifications to tie those with different ranges of mobility. Shoulder mechanics, shoulder setting, and nerves will be discussed to help with a better understanding of this structure. Students will have a short time to practice suspending with their harness in class if they would like.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of suspendable harnesses, how they load, and function. Bottoms must know their placement preferences and general nerve safety and communication.

Please bring: 3-4 hanks of rope minimum. Full suspension kit is optional.
