Description
Are you a thrill-seeking self-suspender looking to push the envelope of what your rope can do? In this advanced self-suspension class, you’ll learn how to incorporate high-intensity, flashy transitions—such as drops, flips, and barrel rolls—into your practice. We’ll cover the mechanics of setting up these transitions, unique safety considerations when self-tying, and demo a sequence that blends daring movements with control.
Prerequisites
This class is intended for experienced self-suspenders with confident upline management and a consistent chest and hip harness of choice. Students should also have a foot/ankle tie they can reliably put weight in, such as a Gravity Boot or ankle single column. You will need to bring a full suspension kit, including rope of your choice for harnesses, synthetic ropes for uplines (mandatory), suspension hardware, and a cutting implement.
